The Four Award Levels
There are four different levels of the award:
- Pin Level (Discovery): Years 5 & 6 (This could be done alongside Confirmation preparation)
- Bronze Level (Service): Years 7 & 8
- Silver Level (Leadership): Years 8 & 9
- Gold Level (Innovation): Years 10+ (May include the Diocesan Lourdes pilgrimage)
