School Meals

Please find a link to the Special Diet online Information that Caterlink (our school meal provider) has asked to send out to all parents. This is to streamline the process of gathering special diet information.

This form is for all children with either an allergy or intolerance to specific ingredients, if you have previously filled a paper form in you will still need to submit the online form.

The form will also allow parents to record if a diet is no longer required.
